When I first received the Kennards brief, I wondered how I could possibly craft 20,000 engaging words about equipment hire. But that concern vanished when I met Andy and his family. Their stories and anecdotes – full of history and humour – quickly made me think that my word limit wouldn't be sufficient to capture the long history of the company. Andy's generosity, his fervent passion for the family legacy, and his eagerness to tell the story were contagious. Now, I find myself recounting anecdotes to people whenever we pass a Kennards Hire outlet!
